I don't have any pointers cause I was pretty nuts the whole time. But it will come soon enough and most likely, everything will be just fine.
To answer your question, I take 750mg extended release twice daily.
I was a basket case and still am. I wish I could tell you something different. Just pray pray pray!
Your first apt. Will be late enough in your pregnancy though that you will be past the first big scare of a miscarriage if you do see a heartbeat. I think the next big milestone is 13 weeks. That's when my doc said the chances dropped dramatically yet I was still a nervous wreck.:). I'm praying for you. Can't wait til your apt.
